Our family would recommend Joy to anyone looking to find a home! My husband and I started looking for our first home in 2014. It was such a stressful event, we had no idea where to start... going from house to house that we found in the ads and peeking in windows. We called a few realtors from signs along the road, but all of them were extremely pushy and didn't seem to have our best interest in mind or were looking to just make a fast sale. It wasn't until by faith we met Joy and found the best realtor for us! We were young and did not have a lot of money so we're looking for a tough budget to stay in and looking mostly at foreclosed houses, each house we went into Joy put all of her heart into giving us her honest opinion. It was like we were her own children and she protected us from making the wrong decisions. Sometimes were were so desperate we would try to make a bid on something when she knew it was not what we really wanted, she would coach us through it. We put Joy through everything but in the end we found the perfect home, but more than that we found a lifelong family friend.
